The process for quickly making perfect burger patties is easy. The patty maker attaches directly to the head of the grinder and fills up one well at a time. As it fills up, slide the well and ease out the patty from the other well. Place a freezing sheet between patties to avoid them sticking and continue making as many burger patties as you put into the grinder. The clear top of the patty being filled not encloses the space for forming patties but also allows you to see the patties form so you can monitor the speed of the process for optimal efficiency.
This patty maker includes the following grinder tubes: #8, #12, #22, and #32 to fit their respective size of grinder. The BPA-free all poly construction makes clean-up a breeze and is also top-rack dishwasher-safe.
